FAQ

Questions from Munchers

When will I get my order?
Orders made Monday to Friday are delivered the next day. On Saturdays and Sundays, we can deliver anytime, even on the same day. Just tell us your preferred time!
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver all around Cabanatuan City. Send us your barangay and a landmark and we’ll tell you the delivery fee. Free pickup is also available.
Can I mix flavors in one box?
Yes! Every box is mix & match. Pick any 4 cookies from the Big 4 or whatever limited flavor is dropping that week.
What’s the difference between the boxes?
The Mini Monster Box has 4 cookies at 40 g each (₱120). The Monster Box has 4 big cookies at 80 g each (₱185), double the cookie for just ₱65 more. A Big Munch is a single 80 g cookie, from ₱45.
How do I pay?
We accept GCash and Maya. Your order is confirmed once full payment is received. Please send a screenshot or the reference number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us as soon as possible. Changes are okay before we start baking your cookies. Once they’re in the oven, we can’t cancel, since they’re baked fresh just for you.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
They’re best within 3 days. Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature, and reheat in an oven toaster for 3–5 minutes for a gooey center.
Do you take bulk or party orders?
Yes! 10 or more Mini Monster Boxes are ₱110 each, and 10 or more Monster Boxes are ₱175 each. Message us a few days ahead so we can prepare.
